Interview process took 3 months. Was strung along 9 rounds, with never ending rounds of interviews with no end in sight for final decision. Most interviews (6 rounds) were after interviews with hiring manager and head of group, which went positively, and there was a break in communication for 3-4 weeks before recruiter reached back out. No replies to my follow-ups in the meantime. No facilitation of process despite pending offer from another company, and many, many interview rounds with no end in sight. Recruiters didn’t answer my emails when I asked for areas of focus and purposes of later interview rounds, and those later rounds asked same repetitive questions as earlier rounds. Recruiting coordinator also needed to be prodded several times to reschedule an interview, all the way up to 1 day before original scheduled date.
