Initial phone screen with recruiter. Typical questions such as tell me about yourself. Shared information about the company. Ended with the standard - do you have any questions for me. I had questions about the culture and I was given a very good response.

Entretien
The interview process started positive, completed the early stages with the hiring manager, leadership and colleagues. Spent 10+ hours prepping for "The Challenge", and got positive feedback. Was asked to visit the office in person, with the clear expectations of "just meeting the team", only to get ambushed by a random higher up who had no idea who I was, anything about my background. He went on a full ego-trip, asking absolutely random questions, and I left feeling flabbergasted. They then requested I spend another hour with this person, where he again asked irrelevant questions like someone who learned how to interview by reading a manual. Blessing in disguise that I didn't get an offer.
