Multiple meetings with hiring manager, one meeting with Sales Director and some local sales managers. The process was pleasant, and I believe reflected the internal culture well. Although they asked some tough questions and were looking for certain things and skills, they also kept it very conversational and it was evident that they believe the interview is a two-way street, where both are figuring out if this is the right move for us.
