I found MongoDb interview process as one of the best i've seen or faced so far, everything was managed and coordinated pretty well and one has to do the least follow-up which is not very common in most of the companies. From the day one the recruiter was in continuous touch and i was getting all updates and feedback, All the interview rounds were on time, this shows that our availability and time is equally respected. My joining was scheduled on 23rd March and i was very worried about the same due to Covid-19. but i really appreciate the MongoDB team, i got call from the recruitment team a week before and they helped me with all my queries and concerns and assured me that MongoDB is the best choice :). The complete onboarding happened remotely and this was one of the best onboarding experience one can have. Kudos to the entire MongoDb onboarding team... you guys are awesome :)

6 Interviews in total for a non-management position. Why? Way too many in my opinion, the whole process was just too long winded, I mean I understand if it was for a high level high salary management role, but for a normal on the ground role too much.
