I applied through website. The whole process took few weeks. HR, Phone screening x 2, then invited for the 5.5 hr onsite interview. The interviews were really enjoyable and the onsite interview arrangement was beyond my expectation.

The process has three rounds: recruiter screening call, portfolio review, and design team interview/hiring manager call. The entire process took about 3 weeks.
Recruiter has been very helpful in answering all my questions and preparing me for the interviews. The people I've met were super nice and knowledgable! Really convinced that this would be a great internship and can learn lots! I would highly recommend everyone to apply!
