The interview process for me started with a MongoDB recruiter reaching out to understand if I would be interested in exploring the Corporate Account Executive role at MongoDB. One thing I really appreciated was how the focus of the conversations were on my skillset, my career growth and aspirations and my culture fit. Being lucky enough to work at two great corporate cultures previously, I really wanted to make sure MongoDB had that sense of collaboration and can-do culture. The second thing that stood out to me in the interview process was the amount of senior leadership that are present in the office and active in the interview process. As someone who is relatively early in their career, having leadership and mentorship opportunities was at the top of my list and I was extremely impressed with what MongoDB showed throughout the interview process.

Very hard and long process. First you have an interview with the hiring manager, then you have personalty quiz to check what kind of person you are, then logical test. Once you finish you need to prepare for the challenge. You get a scenario you need to read and prepare to and then to present a challenge deck. You better know MEDDICC before, second and third level questions and show that you are coachable and looking for feedback.
