Ridiculous, wasted over 20 days for just a simple entry level customer service position, Went over a phone interview, then an english analytical test then 2 separate interviews with 5 people., asking the same questions over again! Are you serious?

It actually looked professional, we underwent all kinds of tests. We had to show we could deal with stressing situations and numbering. We had to prove our English knowledge. We had to prove we could work in a busy environment.
