The interview process was fast and efficient. They got back to me within a few days at each stage, even though they needed to seek approval from the regional team, which I expected would slow things down. I went through 3 rounds of interviews in total, speaking with HR, my potential hiring manager, and the business lead. Each interview felt conversational rather than overly formal, which made it easier to showcase my experience and ask questions about the role and company culture. Overall, the process felt well-organized and transparent.

Entretien
The interview experience was positive, with a transparent and supportive HR team. The process was smooth, with the second and final rounds conducted on the same day. However, there was no follow-up or update provided after the final round interview, despite the timeline initially shared. I also reached out to HR for an update but did not receive a response. Greater clarity and closure would have been appreciated.
The first round is an Online excel test - consists of formula like sumifs, left, right, sums, lookup, xloopup that can take 1 hour
