J'ai passé un entretien chez Mondo (Acton, MA) en janv. 2018
Entretien
On 4 separate occasions I was contacted by email by 4 different internal recruiters offering me to interview for different positions. Not once did the position line up with my experience, clearly indicating the poor use of an ATS system and no one really even reviewing who I was. I actually sent back a resume to never be contacted again. I’m old enough to remember when there was real reviewing of candidates, phone conversations that did not seem to run down a set checklist of questions, and the actual ‘caring’ of the recruiter to make a wise decision for the candidate and company.

Easy interview but low salaries and weekend work required. I was offered a Tuesday-Saturday schedule. Was called after applying and told to schedule with one of their in house recruiters
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Mondo en mars 2023

I had an initial phone screen for an opportunity, I read the reviews on Glassdoor but I tried to enter the conversation with an open mind. I could tell straight off the bat this is a micromanaged company with zero work life balance, cliquey teams. When I asked about base salary increase the hiring lead told me they would get back to me and never did. I am glad I decided to not move forward.
I was emailed from LinkedIn to set up an interview but during the call the interviewer was acting like she the role wasn’t a fit. It was awkward! She kept saying she wants me to be happy and understand if it’s not a great fit because this role works long hours

Question 1
Very cliché questions - why do you wake up in the morning? What motivates you? Where will you be in five years?
