J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Mondo (San Francisco, CA) en nov. 2017

I've been looking for a recruiter position and coincidentally someone from the company had emailed me who thought I might be a great fit. She (Amanda Bender) was very helpful in sending the information, everything about Mondo felt great with job responsibilities, benefits, and the team. I talked with her for a quick phone screen; she then forwarded me to the office manager Patrick. I had a great conversation with Patrick who then invited me to the office to meet the rest of the team. Everyone in the office was very friendly and I was already liking the idea of working there. I was then forwarded to the director for a quick conversation . I didn't get an offer with them this time. But I learned a lot in this process, Amanda was very helpful throughout the process setting everything up and guiding me every step of the way. I'm definitely inspired by how well she does her job. And the team has taught me a lot about recruiting which I'll definitely use in the future. Thank you to them!

First, a linkedin message from a recruiter and then a 15-minute phone screening with a recruiter and then an in-person interview with hiring manager. They hire quickly and it is a simple process.

I had two different interviews for two recruiter positions a month apart. Got phone screened for both and was told the same regret answer which was they are “moving another direction with their hiring”. Just very disappointed that I was given that feedback a second time around instead of a reason as to why I wasn’t selected to move forward for a recruiter role with recruiter experience already.
Many phone calls with the internal recruiter who was very nice. Had a phone call with the VP and received from conflicting information. Both have stressed that it’s very hard work and always over 40 hours a week.
