Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Mondo (Los Angeles, CA)
Entretien
I interviewed with Mondo about a year or so ago and here are a few things that sold me on the company. I liked the actual work environment, which includes the physical office as well as the culture of the company. I got to meet with a lot of team members and the people are sharp, motivated, and you can tell that they are here to succeed. I didn’t feel like there were any games being played and they stayed in contact throughout the process. I knew where I stood with them. I’m glad they offered me the job and I’ve never regretted accepting the position.
The interview was very short and I was not a good fit for the position. From what I can tell some very nice people work here. I didn't get far enough to have an opinion.

I saw an ad online that they were looking to hire so I sent in my resume and heard back within a couple of days. I answered a few basic questions about my experience, background, etc., which must have gone well because I was asked to come in and meet with members of the team. I got a chance to shadow a salesperson and liked what the job entailed and the culture of the company. I met the next week with a hiring manager discussed salary, benefits, etc. and started working a few days later.

Question 1
They asked me to sell a service and then sell the exact opposite of the same service.
I’ve only had one sales job before coming to work for Mondo and I was relatively happy with where I was working. I was referred from someone working at Mondo and they were very persistent so I decided to go in and meet some people. What sold me on the company was the office space, the culture, and the compensation package. There was a lot of face to face with managers and the opportunity to shadow and find out what my day to day would be like.
