An HR reached out to me on LinkedIn stating that my skills match the role they're hiring for and asked for my resume and she scheduled a technical interview for me with the head of technology. 3 minutes into the technical interview, the interviewer asked about 4 technical skills that I didn't even have on my resume and when I said I haven't worked with them he said they're requirements for that role and he sadly can't continue the interview if I don't have them. I told him that these skills weren't on my resume and that means that no one checked my resume properly before the interview and ended the interview. curios how they were the one who reached out and scheduled an interview without checking the candidate's resume
