One phone call and then in person face to face interview, consisted of 3 Questions and I had the opportunity to ask questions at the end of the process. Within two weeks they enrolled me and I had my training and induction completed.

First with the HR for an online interview, and then I went into the store to interview with the store managers. Everything was easy and smooth. It was mainly to see your ability and your fit with the team.

short but nice fast with store director , it was in harrods in the meetings room. it went fast but this was in 2019, now maybe they made their interviews harder

The interview was a great experience—peaceful, well-structured, and practical. They asked detailed questions about my daily tasks in my previous position, my responsibilities, and whether I was physically and mentally prepared for the role. After I joined, they also provided thorough training.
