The interview process felt really comfortable and easy to follow. From the beginning, I felt welcomed and at ease, which made it easier for me to be myself. The conversation flowed naturally, and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured, which allowed me to really show my experience and talk about my strengths. I appreciated how clear everything was and how the questions gave me the chance to share how I handle different situations. Overall, it felt like a genuine conversation rather than just an interview, which made it a really positive experience for me.
