Martha was extremely helpful from step one of the interview process. She was also detailed about the uncapped potential and expectations within this company. Incredible opportunity! Anyone putting their mind to it could succeed in!

I had a positive experience interviewing with Momentum Solar. The recruiter Joana was professional, responsive, and clearly explained the role expectations and compensation structure. The team was transparent about the commission structure and what it takes to succeed in solar sales.
