I received a phone call from Martha on 01/12/2026. She went over what I would be doing in the job, basic pay structure, what my training and production schedule would look like, and ensured that all of that was something that would work for me.

The initial communication was clear, and the interview itself was well-structured. I appreciated, the interviewer’s professionalism, clarity about the role, etc. I would say the level of professionalism was better than any other place I have worked

Very smooth interview process. Martha answered all my questions and helped me prepare. Had one screening interview and one zoom interview. The zoom interview was good as well, professional and covered all the bases.

It was great and questions were easy. The hiring manager was very nice and understanding. I would recommend everyone to apply at momentum solar. It was an great experience overall
