Applied online; entire process took about 2-3 weeks. Was given a short design challenge before the first interview. Interviewed with a lead and director of design. Both were awesome. I presented one client case study as well as my design challenge. Contacted with a follow up email for a second interview as well as a phone call from one of my interviewers just to go over technicalities. Second interview was similar to the first. I went over my design challenge and one other case study with two higher level designers and directors. I was then given an office tour and introduced to one of the design teams. Entire experience was great and I met some awesome people!

Much like the interviewers said - you are contacted for an hour long interview and present a few projects and a design challenge. It does seem like they have a certain personality type in mind and are conspicuously using that checklist. If you don't fit that bill, they'll likely stare down the clock. One thing that did concern me is the fact that my lead designer was kept as an intern for an year - the top design innovation and consultancy firms I've applied/interviewed at don't tend to do that for more than 3 months. There also seems to be a internal hierarchy senior/junior feel from how my interviewers behaved - could just be deference. Few points to think about - there projects on their website are not as telling as their banking clients, much more business, less innovation
