I was de-briefed with a go around type of email. I had originally found this job, as an ad on another site. From there I joined that site, as to apply. Once they had my information I was asked to email directly. So I did. After that I received a dead end. Meaning I was back to square 1 on a real paying job. Just jumped threw a bunch of hoops for nothing really. Honestly I was very disappointed with Molly maids said hiring employee's.

Interviewer was polite and friendly, explained the job duties and expectations clearly, asked about availability and ability to work in Canada. She outlined which areas the teams work in, how many teams she has, and who goes where.
