The interview consisted of two interviews. I found the process quick and challenging. The challenges were due to them being non-standard questions, however, the idea was to check that I would be a good fit within the team and company culture. Now having been here a year, I think it was necessary to ensure a good match both ways.

They didn’t show up for the second interview that they scheduled without informing me. I waste my time for preparing and attending the meeting. I don’t think this behavior is compliant to a serious international company as Molex.
