Flew me in for an on-site interview. Cannot recall if they paid for any of that. Interview was with the head PD plus three deputies. Standard interview questions for lawyers; everybody was nice, etc. Gave me a tour of the building, sent me off and said they'd get back to me the following week. Ended up offering me the job that weekend.
