I received a call and spoke with a HR rep, he briefly describe the position and the culture of the company. the phone interview was pretty standard and pleasant. I was then recommended for additional interview with a team supervisor a week later. the interview with the supervisor was rush it. It seems that they are more looking for someone that match their job culture that having someone that knows the job. I don't think they will find a person anytime soon if they are more concern about the work culture than the actually job.
