The interview process was extremely long and complicated for a store/company this size; it consisted of 5 interviews: one quick phone interview with a manager (10-15 mins), one group interview (multiple candidates with one manager / 30-45 mins), one Interview with the owner of the company (10 mins), one technical interview a tech support guy, who asked a couple of tech questions, and then made me disassemble a MacBook (45-60 mins) and one final interview with HR (60-90 mins). I handed a resume during late March, ended up getting hired in early July.
