Interview was bizarre.
Wasn't greeted until about 30 minutes after arriving to the reception desk.
Met with the owner Mia and straight off the bat said "We don't wear masks in here." I was kind of surprised as we are in a pandemic, but didn't mind since she is the owner after all. During the interview, she asked again why I was wearing my mask inside the office and I mentioned that I currently work with COVID+ individuals and well because we are in a pandemic.
Red flags, red flags everywhere.
The actual job was not mentioned much, just the fact that she only likes people who will not complain about receiving more and more work when tasks are completed. Another red flag.
She doesn't believe in words like "uncomfortable," and prided herself with saying she was anti-mask. Red flag.
Another bizarre moment was that my generation has a false reality about what work is & that this company doesn't tolerate emotions.
The only reason I write this review is so that people who are actually looking for careers & a healthy work environment don't go wasting their time with people that are as delusional as this "hard working" owner.
The interview only lasted about 20 minutes and that is because I had to respectfully decline the continuation of this embarrassing chat.
