There was a two interview hiring process. First interview was with the hiring manager and department manager, where past employment and experiences were discussed. The open position was described in further detail and salary was also agreed during the first interview. Second Interview was with the company owners in which they questioned the my flexibility to transfer between different job positions as they open up and desired growth within the company.
