J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Modell's Sporting Goods en avr. 2011
Entretien
I first applied in person and the manager told me that they werent hiring at the moment but will keep my application on file. I was then called 3 days later and was asked for an interview. I came in for the interview and it went realy well because I gave all of the right answers. I was asked normal interview questions such as why do I want to work here, past job experience, aviavability, and how would you handle solving problems. It took about 30 minutes. The company is organised because the manager wrote all of my answers on a sheet that included all of the questions the manager asked me. The manager said that my energy is great and nooded at all of my answers. Then the manager asked me when could I start, asked me to come in the following week for paperwork and I started working 3 days later

Straightforward, just an interview with the general manager to discuss experience and scheduling / availability. They were able to answer my questions and gave me a response just a few days later.

Interviewer discussed the company's history with me and then asked me questions about sports and the job itself. They also asked me if I had ever shopped at Modell's before.
