Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Modell's Sporting Goods (New York, NY) en nov. 2009
Entretien
I heard from a recuiter from an email. They only tried to call me back once and after I could not reach them I went ahead and set-up an interview by email without speaking to the person.
They saw by my resume that I was a current store manager and when I got there they told me that they don't hire anybody for a store manager that I have to start as an assistant.
I asked the hiring manager if I was hired what store would I work in and he said I can't tell you that. I asked him if I could interview or meet the district manager and he said it was a possibility. I then asked if I could meet the store manager where I would be going to and he said no.
So basically they had me trek all the way to their corporate office in NYC, they did not even consider hiring me as a store manager, they would not tell me where I would be working, and I could not interview with a district manager or the store manager of where I'd be going to.
The interviewer kept trying to throw me in a defensive position. It was beyond unprofessional.
What are they hiding?
Thanks for wasting my time and money!

Was interviewed in home office and really spent 45 minutes talking about footwear strategies being used between the major chains. Conversation flowed very easily and there was no structured questions used to complete the interview.my previous position was with a major competitor and I spent time talking about the pros and cons go there operations.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
There was one question directed at one of the competitors vp. It was inappropriate interview question and I kind of spoke around it.
