Started with a phone interview. I was offered an in person interview on the same day. Interview with a manager then the owner. The owner asked some personal questions that were inappropriate.

Owner asked inappropriate political questions and showed some extreme viewpoints that were concerning.

It was quick, lots of questions, very intense but cool at the same time.
The CEO and some management staff overtake the interview process. It can take up to 5 hours if they really like you.
