Very friendly and up front about the job, what to expect, and how I would be compensated. They had a no wasting time attitude, they knew what they were looking for and wanted to make sure I was content with what what they had to offer and if I would enjoy working there. Loved their friendliness and entrepreneurial work atmosphere. Very non corporate.

Entretien
Initial phone screening to set up a technical interview. If was over the phone and thorough check of technological questions. After you are selected they go through a marketing and sales process that introduces you to their clients.

They would ask basic and advanced mobile development questions.

Entretien
They conduct two phone interviews.
First is with the hiring manager. Second is more technical-screening style. They ask you questions about iOS.
After the interview, if you accept an offer, they give you 3-5 weeks of waiting time. This is period for you to brush up on your skills and resume to look better for a client. Once a client accepts you on to the project you start to get paid your salary.
