My initial contact was through an email and then I was given the company's policies and implementation procedures via the Internet. Once that was submitted and reviewed, there was a interview process that took place. This was an opportunity to see what type of company and employees there were with the company.

After applying to a few teaching jobs on edjoin.org, I was contacted by Mobile Minds tutoring regarding open tutoring positions. Group interview took place at a local cafe. There were just three interviewees. The interviewer mostly discussed the protocol of tutors.
