It was a test. It included basic questions that a junior level employee should be able to answer without any problem. The test was with open answers. There was no personality judging part in the interview. If you have the technical skills, you are in.

It felt a little bit like an university exam, some people may enjoy this, however I value practical experience and solutions and skills. What's the point remembering complex theory you can always check?

I had to solve some problems by my own and then we discussed my solutions together with the interviewers and they were asking some additional questions so that they can hear my reasong.
