Application I applied online. The process took 1 week. Interview I met with a Founder. Throughout the email communications he was very responsive. The moment the interview started the Founder seemed disinterested. All he did was ask about my work experience and said we'll be in touch; never made an effort to even explain the role. I felt like he wanted to end the interview immediately. This experience made me angry, because of the time I wasted and all he wanted to know could be known from just reading my CV.
