Had about 3 interviews and a coding challenge but felt very welcomed at every step! Great experience even if I wasn't offered the job, the people who work there are very nice!
Screening video call with a recruiter. They asked many basic things and then offer 60-90k for a mid-level role. Then they just ghosted. I sent a follow-up email and got no reply. Show some courtesy for your candidates, will you?

One of Miva's internal recruiters reached out to me via Linkedin and we had a brief phone call to see if the position would be a good fit. An in-person interview was scheduled where I met with folks from HR, as well as the tech and dev managers. Everyone was incredibly friendly and personable.
