Face to face with Financial controller and CCO. General questions about my experience and what was I looking for in a new role. Discussed the company briefly and why the vacancy had come about, and what the role entailed. Nothing taxing and then a general chat at the end. Told me they would let me know the end of the week. Got an email on Friday at close of day to say they had to cancel Wednesday/ Thurday's interviews until the following week. Got an email saying unsuccessful. I was not surprised as the role was advertised on LinkedIn on the Monday following the week I was interviewed saying New advert. Yet they emailed saying it was due to rescheduling interviews. Need to be honest with candidates.
