Had to take 3 assessments total before even getting an interview. Took the 45 assessment twice, first time after application and second time on camera. Didn't even get to speak to anyone about my qualifications or the job. Was rejected solely based on assessment. Absolutely ridiculous way for a company to measure a candidate's ability to do the job, massive waste of time. A joke.
