Mitratech uses both an online personality test and the CCAT (like a 30-minute SAT) to pre-qualify candidates. It was recommended that I study for the CCAT, and I purchased an online test prep kit for $40 and used several hours of my weekend poring over study guides and taking practice tests. After I completed the online exam on test day, I was told that the position that I had applied for was filled and my name wasn't even placed into consideration with the hiring manager.
