This had to be the worst interview process I've ever experienced. I applied to MissionSquare in March 2023 and the process went through early June. I interviewed with several leaders and even the CMO, all who gave me positive feedback. After not hearing anything back after my final interview which occurred on May 8th, I had to continuously follow up with them only to finally be told that I was not selected for the role. There was no other feedback. I thought it was very strange that I went through all of these interviews, all with great feedback to only then be told that I didn't get the position. I think I dodged a bullet. The place seems very unorganized.
