The interview process was poorly organized, inefficient, and frustrating from start to finish. Communication from HR was inadequate, characterized by a lot of talking without much listening. I was only given a few days notice that I was being invited to interview.
During the interview itself, the interviewers asked for concise answers and adherence to the STAR method, but the questions were often so multi-faceted that it was nearly impossible to provide clear, focused responses. It felt as though they were expecting perfectly tailored, precise answers to overly complex questions.
As an interviewee, I was not impressed by the organization.
