Over the course of a month and a half, I participated in six interviews for the position—some in person and others via Teams. While I appreciated the opportunity to engage with different team members and found the conversations insightful, the overall process felt overly lengthy and drawn out. Communication throughout could have been more consistent, and extending the interview process for such a long period without a final offer was both discouraging and disappointing. It’s disheartening to invest so much time and energy and walk away without a tangible outcome. That said, I truly valued the thoughtful questions and professionalism of everyone I spoke with during the process.
