The interview process is a multiple-stage process for hiring new employees. The stages mainly comprise job interviews held either one-on-one, with a group of candidates, or with a panel. Interviews are conducted in person, over the phone or by email, or via video conferencing tools.
Three interviews with various development teams, product managers and account owners. Lots of repetition between the interviews. No technical exercise and basic coding questions that don’t prove ability. Interviewers we’re pleasant and accommodating.

Talked with the Engineering manager over the phone, then got brought in for an in person interview, where I talked with the Engineering team, the project managers, and the manager again.
