The interview process seemed rushed, desperate. Basically, yes or no questions from the members of the team but lacked any technical knowledge to make it seem like they knew what they were doing at all. They seemed nice enough. The interview with the CFO seemed awkward. The guy is old school and pointblank asked me my previous salary. They offered me a position for far LESS than my previous role and LOWER than what I said my salary requirement was during my first interview. And then didn't raise it a penny more. I don't think the hiring manager or CFO knows (or cares) that most of the responsibilities of the job are six-figure positions themselves. I feel like a dodged a budget.
