The process is a total of 5 rounds. The team is very experienced and professional. I had a great time e-meeting them; however, I couldn't clear the final "leadership" round. Just be yourself; if they like you, great, if not, move on. My recruiter, Jessie, was phenomenal as well. Communication and feedback from her were top-notch. Very impressed.

My candidate experience with Miro was the smoothest and most positive interview process I've ever experienced. Many companies could learn a lot from Miro's approach. From my first conversation with Miro, I felt that I was valued, as well as my time. The talent acquisition team were incredible, and ensured that I was always kept up to date, received valuable feedback post interview and was prepared prior to the various interview stages.
