Was scheduled to have an interview with the recruiter. Scheduled a time and confirmed it. Recruiter never shows up to the interview. Reached out seeing what was going on. They never got back to me until a month later saying they are no longer accepted applications. Lacks professionalism most definitely.

One of the most structured and professional interview processes I've experienced from start to finish. I applied because I loved the way the job description was written. Besides the requirements and tasks, there were words used that you don't come across often, such as "develop and coach", "lead" and "motivate and develop others around you" I heard back from the recruiter 2 days after applying. An introductory call took place and in the end, I was informed that I will have a follow up introductory interview with the Hiring Manager. Once I passed the 2nd stage interview I received an email overview with all next stages, the people I will be interviewing with and the topic of discussion for each stage. There were 5 stages in total that included a mock call as well. Besides the prior experience and skills, a big portion of interview questions, in every stage, was around culture fit. The Business recruiter I was in touch with, was very helpful and polite while also being understanding and facilitating the conversations like a pro. I received an offer a few days after the last interview.
