Overall 6 interviews plus one test in order to test candidate’s level of experience in customer service, you will meet the recruiter and then you need to pass the test afterwards you will be interviewed by the team lead, the CS team itself and head of the department also the customer sucess manager.

The phone interview is with the recruiter and answer some questions then you have the hiring manager interview from there you have a group interview with the team you would be working with from there I don’t know as I didn’t make it past that round
