J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Miro
Entretien
The process started off with a 30 min interview with the HM - simple enough.
I was then given a case and was told it should take "no more than 6 to 8 hours" -- I find this to be an absurd amount of time to spend on a case. I spent 12-14 hours on that case, fine tuning it and responding to all the questions asked.
The next step was to present it to a member of the hiring team. I had 20 minutes to present. The entire time, it sounded like the interviewer was in a loud/crowded space and I felt like there was someone talking over me the entire time. The interviewer didn't ask many questions about things in or not in the presentation.
Received a canned email a few days later that I would not be getting the position.

In general interviews are max 45mins, if the interviewer is a bit late, you only have time to answer their questions, that's all. It took the TA team more than 2 weeks to get it touch, we had a call and 2 weeks of silence. Then I received an email with a list of 6 people I'd meet in 6 different calls and the topics they'd ask me Qs about. 1 week after completing the process, I had a call with the hiring manager (who already interviewed me) and gave me use cases... vague and hard to understand what he was expecting, he also didn't seem engaged. 1 week later, I received a rejection email. Total process took 2 months...
