The procedure was standart - linkedin->search->apply->HR inteview->algo interview->system design->team interview(with managers)
Team interview was the last one for me, not sure what would be next.
Both technical stages went well for me, the interviewers were polite respectful and nice to talk to, no complains here.
I got negative feedback after the team interview. The interviewers found some red flags regarding my ownership and suspected that I have some problems collecting requirements. Also the guy said that I didn't reach their level for senior developer as per feedback for the system design interview. I was offered one more interview with another team, but I decided to stop there.
Pros:
1) Interesting product
2) Technical guys seemed to be good developers
3) More or less standard approach to interviewing people
Cons:
1) Some cases of disrespectful attitude from the HR and the managers.
2) They seem to prefer a perfectly polished selling speech from the interviewee over an honest story about ups and downs(not for me, I can't tolerate hypocrisy).
3) HR guy wasn't able to explain why I didn't reach their level of seniority for developers.(I mean - what's the reason of saying that then - seems like a try to downplay my experience)
Conclusion:
I didn't regret I applied for the role - it's always good to know what's out there and talk to people outside of you usually social circle. Even though it didn't work out ffor me I have had a few takeaways which is awesome.

Question 1
To get a gist of the types of question you might be asked there please google - STAR interview questions
Slow but transparent. At each stage, it was clear what to expect. Hard process but worth it if you want to this type of company. Be prepared with the classic study material (cracking coding interview, STAR, etc.)
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Miro (Amsterdam)
Entretien
Standard hiring pipeline. Algorithmic question, system design and then project deep dive.
The people I met during the interview were really intelligent and insightful, the recruitment team was subpar.
I would definitely reinterview but am wary of their recruitment team. After having twice experienced poor communication from them.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Miro (Amsterdam) en oct. 2023
Entretien
Overall the whole procedure is very clear and the recruiter is supportive. Every interview had a good setup and I was feeling comfortable.
In the end I recieved a notice, that I will get an offer and was informed what that offer is going to be. The only con here is that the process took 1.5 month.
But this is where everything went wrong.
Recruiter disappeared for 2 weeks and then called with bad news, that the role is put down and they hire for it no more. They said, that there is another 2 roles in 2 other teams and I will have one more interview with the team. I thought it's going to be just a formal interview, but the teams said I don't pass technically, which is ridiculous, because I already passed 2 other technical interviews.
Recruiter told me, that I'm going to be a priority as soon as other roles are going to appear. But so far more than 10 roles appear and noone reached me. I tried to apply again and also wrote to recruiter twice and nothing happened. So basically this is a complete chaos of a company and if you don't want to waste your time like this, just avoid it.
