Basically fist interaction with HR was pleasant and informative. I believe it is due to professionalism of that HR person and due to that person being external contractor who collaborates with Miro as one of their customers.
Then my CV was forwarded to hiring manager and roughly a week later two tech interviews were scheduled back to back (Tue & Wed).
One was tailored towards coding / algorithmic thinking. Another one supposed to be regarding design thinking (system design).
Only of the two has happened. It was a zoom call with two persons one located in Switzerland and another one in Netherlands.
One person was backend engineer with heavy Java and DB experience and another one was focusing on Frontend.
I know English is hard and not native tongue to many people including myself but language barrier was noticeable.
One person remained silent whole interview while another one was talking.
Also it seems like not all answers / explanations went thru since I got the feeling I was misunderstood.
These two persons were from the same "tribe" / "group" / "direction" / whatever they call it but had nothing to do with the team company is hiring for.
Questions were completely irrelevant to the position. There was nothing related to leadership, team management, tech experience and how job relevant functions should be executed.
As cherry on top it was mentioned by interviewers that they will need 24h for feedback and then someone will be back to me, but follow up appointment was canceled almost right away without any notifications or explanations.
So yeah, weird experience. We all can learn something new from it.

Question 1
Few algorithmic questions were asked. Cannot disclose them because company makes you to sign NDA which disallows talking about stuff for 5 YEARS after interview has happened. I guess now I know why.

Strict good process, flexible for candidate. Friendly and smooth.
Good question for coding, not hard can be solved fast.
For design interview, I think make no sense ask design system from first link from google by question "System design interview example", because first of all it is not your experience and secondly you also don't know real picture and basically just tried to force use answer from article. I suggest ask question from your current architecture design and from your personal experience

I applied for the management role somewhere in May. I had two lovely interviews with two Russian managers that never introduced themselves with their full name. I actually don't know who I met except Dima and Misha.
I passed the first two interviews when I was let know that someone closer to the end of the interview process got the job. So I was let out of the race.
In subsequent months I tried to talk to the recruiter to put me back in the race for new TL roles but it seems he refused to for the excise they don't have enough applicants in the pipeline. I've been parked to wait for two months for those extra applicants they needed.
It's not a nice process and it's not respectful.
