I don’t feel like they take the time to learn how experience other than a hearing device sales job, could benefit them and increase sales.

Interview by Zoom. Job description didn't say anything about needing "luxury sales experience" but was asked a couple of times by interviewer about it. Although I have managed sales, she pretty much dismissed me because of no "luxury sales experience." A waste of time basically.
