Phone interview first with HR was typical. I was asked quickly after that to come for an in person interview. The in person interview seemed unplanned and rushed. Pros: Culture sounded great Unlimited vacation policy sounded good Cons: Pretty low pay band No profit sharing or performance based bonus After in person interview never heard back from the company at all, very unprofessional. Wonder how they treat employees if this is how they treat potential candidates. Won't apply here again!
