I interviewed for the AI/ML role.
Interview was great they asked me ML question and questions related to my project mostly.
There were 2 rounds of interviews and I cleared them.
I got selected for the position but HR did not send me offer letter.
Hr asked me to resign from my current job role and said she will definitely send letter of intent by Monday. I told the hr that I will not resign unless they send me the official letter but the hr kept insisting and assured me she will send the letter.
Upon her request I resigned without any letter and on my last working day she emails me that the position is not available anymore. They are not hiring for this role. I call the hr and talk to her and she says the position will open in 10-15 days but it never did. They completely ghosted me. They did not send any letter and the hr lied to me that she had sent the letter in thr email.
Whenever I called her she said she is going to send but I never got the letter. They made me resign from my current role and did not hire me either.
They even had some other candidates relocated and then sent them back. This was very very unprofessional leave candidates in a very bad position. Why make them resign if you can't hire them. I was left jobless and faced a lot of challenges.
But I'm so happy now I didn't join mynx. I wouldn't recommend working at mynx.
