      Entretien

      HR Interview: The first conversation with HR was pleasant and lasted about 15–20 minutes. Shortly after, I was invited to a second interview. Technical Interview: The second interview was with the team lead and a QA lead who recently transitioned to a project role. They were looking for a senior automation engineer to take over some of her responsibilities. The interview was in-depth and lasted around 1.5 hours. Home Assignment: After one day, I was asked to complete a take-home task within 3 days. I submitted it after 2 days, well before the deadline. Response Time: Unfortunately, it took them 10 days to review the task. During that time, the HR rep was kind and proactive, trying to follow up on my behalf. However, the manager who reviewed the task took a long time to respond. Feedback: Eventually, I received a call from HR informing me that they didn’t like my solution — citing things like test order, use of make, and Docker configuration — but I wasn’t given detailed or constructive feedback. I was not invited to explain my choices or discuss the task. HR simply read out the manager’s summary. My Impression I invested significant time and effort into the task and would have appreciated the opportunity to talk through my reasoning. Unfortunately, the lack of direct feedback or a follow-up discussion left me with a negative impression. It felt one-sided and lacking transparency. While the HR representative was supportive throughout, the overall process reflected a culture where candidate time and communication aren’t always respected — especially when it comes to technical evaluation.

      Tell about your self and what and how you work and solve the problems. The home task was with media player they sent with files. You need to create all types of tests and find bugs. the player come with build in 2 bugs
